Who we are

MOBRIVER LTD is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our registered office is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, England. Our company number is 12972938.

You can contact us at info@mobriver.co.uk .

Information we collect

  • Contact information: your email address, subject, message, and any information you choose to include when you use the contact form or email us.
  • Technical and security information: internet protocol address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals processed by our hosting provider and Cloudflare Turnstile.

This website does not take orders or payments. If you follow a link to Amazon, eBay, or another retailer, that service collects information under its own privacy policy. Mobriver does not receive payment-card details through this website.

How and why we use information

  • To answer product, compatibility, support, and business enquiries.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • To prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent use of the contact form.
  • To meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries, steps requested before entering a contract where relevant, and legal obligations. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides Turnstile bot protection. Contact-form messages are delivered to us through Telegram. These providers process information on our behalf or as described in their own policies. They may process information outside the United Kingdom using safeguards recognised by applicable data-protection law.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

Routine contact correspondence is normally kept for up to 12 months after the last correspondence. We may keep it longer where an enquiry leads to an ongoing customer matter, where records are needed for legal or accounting reasons, or to establish or defend a claim. Technical and security logs are retained according to operational and security needs and the settings of our hosting provider.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our use of your information, and to receive a portable copy. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office .
