Appliance spare parts. Clear information. Practical support.

Help finding a part

Start with the model.
Choose with more confidence.

A few details from your appliance make it easier to narrow down the right replacement.

Before you buy

Three useful checks.

Go to the catalogue
01

Identify the appliance

Find the rating label. Copy the full brand and model or product code, including letters, dots, slashes and any suffix.

02

Compare the part details

Check references, specifications and stated compatibility. Compare relevant dimensions and fittings as well as photographs.

03

Ask if anything is unclear

Send the full model and the part you are considering. Include a link and describe what needs replacing.

Find your model number

Look for the
appliance rating label.

The marketing name on the front of an appliance may cover several models. The identification label gives you the detail that matters.

Coffee machines

The base is a common location on De’Longhi machines. Other brands may place the label near the water tank or drip tray. Check your manual before moving the machine.

Washing machines & tumble dryers

Look around the door opening and its inner rim. If the label is elsewhere, check your appliance manual for its location.

Dishwashers

Open the door and check its upper and side edges for a sticker or engraved identification details.

Ovens & cookers

Look around the frame visible when the oven door is open. Let the appliance cool before checking.

Fridges & freezers

Check the inside walls and the area beside or behind the lower drawers. Exact positions vary between models.

These are common starting points. Follow the model-specific manual if the label is not readily visible. Manufacturer guidance: De’Longhi and Bosch.

A little more help

Common parts questions.

Is the model number the same as the serial number?

They identify different things. The model number identifies the appliance model; the serial number identifies an individual appliance. Copy the full model, type or product code from the rating label, including any suffix. If several references appear, include them all in your enquiry.

A part looks identical. Does that mean it will fit?

Appearance alone does not establish compatibility. Check the manufacturer’s part reference, the complete appliance model and the dimensions, fittings and specifications stated on the product page. Ask before ordering if any detail is unclear.

Can I search using my appliance model?

Try the full model or a distinctive part of it. Our search finds terms present in catalogue product information; a result is a starting point, not a compatibility confirmation. You can also search by product name, ASIN or EAN and browse by category or brand.

What should I send with a parts enquiry?

Include the appliance brand, complete model or product code, the part you need and a link to any product you are considering. A clear photograph of the rating label and the existing part can help; please send photographs by email.

Where do I get help with an existing order?

Open the order in the marketplace where you purchased it for tracking, cancellations, delivery issues and returns. Contact Mobriver for questions about the product itself, including the product name and the marketplace used.
